Mr. Wallace received B.S. and M.S. from PSU. He is a 24-year club veteran. Dean was a public educator for 12 years and an Adjunct Professor at Western Baptist College. He formally served as Chairperson for the IHSRA Finance Committee on the IHRSA Board of Directors. His clubs have typically realized a 36
nnual EBIDTA while holding HR costs to the 38
rea. He believes that the Employee is the number one customer and that all good operations begin with proper team recruitment, excellent games planning and superior execution. He has written industry articles for publications, is a club consultant and has presented internationally.
